1. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us understand your project and respond to you. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Professional details: your role (for example architect, interior designer, builder or developer), company name and the city where your project is located.
• Project requirements: the services you are interested in (such as exterior or interior renders, walkthrough animations, 360° virtual tours or floor plans), your timeline, and any other details you choose to share.
• Communications: the content of messages, calls, emails and WhatsApp conversations you have with us.
• Project files: drawings, CAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design files, reference images and material specifications you send us for a quote or a project.
• Basic website data: technical information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, where collected by our website hosting or analytics tools.

We do not ask for financial account details, government identity numbers or other sensitive personal data through our website or lead forms.

2. How we collect it

• Directly from you when you fill in the contact form on our website, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Through Meta lead forms when you tap one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram and submit the form inside the app. Meta passes the details you submit to us. Some fields may be pre-filled by Meta from your profile; you can edit them before submitting. Meta's own use of your information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Through WhatsApp when you start a conversation with us, including from an advertisement or a "Chat on WhatsApp" button.
• From referrals when an architect, colleague or client shares your details with us with your knowledge, so that we can contact you about a project.

3. How we use it

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your project.
• To understand your requirements and prepare quotations, timelines and proposals.
• To carry out the visualization work you engage us for, including sharing drafts, revisions and final deliverables.
• To send occasional updates about our work and services, if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep records of our business communications and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand which of our advertisements and channels are useful, so we can improve how we reach design professionals.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to our services.

4. Consent and legal basis

We process your personal information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, message us or share your details for a quotation, and, where you engage us for a project, to perform that engagement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 14. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing already carried out, but we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry or continue a project that depends on that information.

5. WhatsApp, calls and messages

If you share your phone or WhatsApp number with us, including through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, you agree that our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp about your enquiry. We aim to contact you during our business hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

If you do not wish to receive further WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP or tell us in the chat, and we will stop messaging you about promotions. We may still reply to messages you send us about an active project.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp LLC, a Meta company, under WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

6. Your project files

We understand that drawings and designs shared before construction are commercially sensitive. Files you send us for a quotation or a project are:

• used only to prepare your quotation or carry out your project;
• accessed only by members of our team who are working on it;
• never shared with other clients or third parties without your permission; and
• not published in our portfolio or on social media without your written approval.

If you require a separate non-disclosure agreement for a project, please ask us before sharing your files.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, file transfer and customer-management tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), to the extent necessary to run our advertisements, receive lead form submissions and communicate with you on WhatsApp.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law, court order or a lawful request from a government body.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and we comply with any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: we keep your details for up to 24 months from our last contact, so that we can follow up on your requirement, and then delete them.
• Clients: we keep project communications and files for as long as needed to deliver the project and provide revisions, and business records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
• On request: you can ask us to delete your information earlier, as described in section 10, unless we are required by law to keep it.

9. How we protect it

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include limiting access to the people who need it, using password-protected accounts and devices, and using reputable providers for storage and communication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where required by law.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate information;
• ask us to delete your information when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• raise a grievance with us about how your information has been handled, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, approach the Data Protection Board of India; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

11. Cookies and website data

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure the performance of our advertisements. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the website may not work as intended if you do.

12. Children

Our services are intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on our website.
